dear kevin,

WHY AM SO FAT i'm whining ulit. I feel my salbabida and floaters coming back nuhhh (as if they ever went away but still). hay nako I thought I was progressing. Amfukeke it's time for Operation Buto nuxxxxxxx

no more snacks (midnight or otherwise) and softdrinks

do crunches and push-ups every other day (or every day kung gusto mo. bahala ka basta every other day, meron)
+
walk 10 or more rounds once a week k

preferably before prom! which gives me roughly three months to lose most of the weight. ULTIMATE GOAL = BORA BODY PREH K

i don't have a weighing scale (how sad is my life) so I will estimate based on what I think I saw in mother's room last night

CURRENT WEIGHT: 150 lbs
GOAL WEIGHT: 135 lbs
CURRENT WAIST LINE: 31.5"
GOAL WAIST LINE: 28"-29"
